How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping, but if you'd like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is in the shipping process.
How do I return or exchange an item?
As our products are quite fragile to ship, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend reading the product descriptions and scanning the photo gallery prior to picking your produce! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with more details.
Shipping is expensive, can I pick up my order to save costs?
You're right - awkwardly shaped, fragile products can be a pain to ship! Thankfully we do offer order pickups. Select "pick up my order" when prompted in the shipping section. Arrange a pickup time and come to our office with your order confirmation number on hand. Your Produce will be fresh and ripe for pickup!
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Our products are all hand-painted and made with 100% ceramic materials. Washing your Juicy Jar in the dishwasher may distress the materials. We recommend hand washing and laying out to dry to keep your products juicy and ripe.
Can I leave a review for a product?
Absolutely! After purchasing an item, you'll receive an email asking you to leave a review. You can also leave a review directly on the product page.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification and join our waitlist. We'll let you know when the item is available again. Share your email in the "Let' keep in touch" section at the bottom of this page.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We currently offer shipping throughout North America. You can sign up for our newsletter for all future changes on shipping.
